Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
- 200 grams Ground meat
- 1 of each Onion and carrot
- 1 can Canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 piece Japanese curry roux
- 1 cube Soup stock cube
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 90 grams Pasta (per serving)
- 1 Grated cheese
- Finely chop the onion and carrot.
- Saute the ground meat in a pan.
- Add the chopped vegetables and continue sauteeing.
- Add the canned tomatoes and soup cube and simmer.
- After simmering over low heat, add the curry roux and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta, top with the meat sauce and grated cheese, and serve.
