Rich, Creamy Almond Tofu
- 3 tbsp Chinese apricot kernel flour
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 250 ml Milk
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp Hot water
- Dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water.
- Combine sugar and almond powder into a pot and stir well.
- Add heavy cream and milk, heat in low heat.
- Keep mixing with a spatula.
- When the edge of the mixture starts to bubble, turn off the heat.
- Try not to let it boil over.
- Add the dissolved gelatin, and mix well.
- Strain the mixture to a bowl and let cool.
- Pour in each cup, and chill in fridge to set.
