Italian Chicken
- 4 whole Chicken Breasts Or 8 Tenderloins
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Dry Italian Dressing Mix, Found In The Same Area As Salad Dressing
- 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Bow Tie Noodles
- 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Or Chicken Soup
- Chicken Stock (optional), To Thin The Sauce If Necessary
- Put your chicken in your crock pot on low.
- Sprinkle the Italian dry dressing over the top and let it cook for 2 hours or until chicken is done.
- About 20 minutes before you are ready to eat, boil your water for the noodles.
- Place the noodles in the water when it begins to boil.
- They should cook for about 10 minutes, or until the desired texture.
- When chicken is cooked and your noodles are boiling, add cream cheese and soup to the crock pot.
- Stir the mixture together and let cook about 15 more minutes or until you can stir it all together without lumps.
- If you would like a thinner sauce, add a little chicken stock to the mix.
- Once your noodles are done, serve them on a plate with the sauce over top.
- I also like to add sauteed mushrooms on top.
- Delicious!
