Pork Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn Chinese vegetables
- 3 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 c. thinly sliced cooked pork
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- Soy sauce
- 1 (3 ounce.) can chow mein noodles
- Cook vegetables according to package directions.
- Place in a large bowl with 1 Tbsp.
- soy sauce.
- Heat skillet or possibly wok; add in oil and meat; stir fry till brown.
- Add in onions, fry 30 seconds.
- Stir in vegetables, lifting and turning till very warm.
- Sprinkle with soy sauce and chow mein noodles.
- Serves 4.
