Saucy Honey-Dijon Chicken

  1. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over med-high hear until very hot.
  2. In medium bowl, combine flour and pepper.
  3. Add chicken; toss to coat.
  4. Place chicken in skillet and cook, stirring frequently until it just loses it's pink color throughout, 4-6 minute Transfer chicken to plate.
  5. Reduce heat to medium.
  6. Add onion to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, 3-4 minute Transfer to plate with chicken.
  7. Increase heat to high.
  8. Add broth to skillet.
  9. Cook until sauce has thickened slightly, 6-8 minute With wire whisk, whisk in mustard.
  10. Return chicken and onion to skillet; heat through.
