Barbecue Chicken-Veggie Pizza
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.), cut into thin strips
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup slivered red onions
- 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1/3 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cook chicken and vegetables in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
- Place pizza crust on baking sheet; spread with barbecue sauce.
- Top with chicken mixture and cheeses.
- Bake 15 to 18 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
