Boiled Potatoes

  1. Put the potatoes in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water by 2 inches.
  2. Salt the water generously.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and put the potatoes in a serving bowl.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Toss and serve.
