Pork Chop Onion Bake Recipe
- 6 pork chops
- 2 tbsp. Crisco
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can sliced mushroom
- 2 tbsp. diced pimento
- 3 c. warm water
- Brown chops in Crisco.
- Spread rice in bottom of 9x13 inch dish.
- Reserve 1 Tbsp.
- soup mix.
- Sprinkle remainder over rice.
- Put pimento and mushrooms on rice.
- Place chops on top and sprinkle reserved soup mix over them.
- Add in water.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
