Mango-Pomegranate Gelatin Dessert

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Add cold water, lemon zest and juice; mix well.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened.
  5. Stir in mangos and pomegranate seeds.
  6. Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold onto serving plate.
  9. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
