Grandma's Fluffy Frosting

• 23 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 23 cup Crisco
• 23 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Wisk flour into milk and cook until mixture is thick.
2. Add vanilla and allow to cool.
3. In a mixer cream shortening and sugar.
4. Add cooled flour mixture and beat until fluffy.
