Mini Antipasto Bites
- 6 slices salami (about 1-1/2 oz.)
- 2 sticks KRAFT or POLLY-O Mozzarella String Cheese, each cut into 6 pieces
- 12 woven wheat crackers
- 3 pimento-stuffed green olives, each cut into 4 slices
- Cut salami slices in half; roll each into cone shape.
- Place 1 piece of string cheese in each cone.
- Top each cracker with 1 salami cone and 1 olive slice.
- Place crackers on microwavable plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
- Serve immediately.
