Asian Pasta Salad
- 16 oz Rotini
- 1/3 cup Japanese Yum Yum Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp White Onion (diced)
- 1 medium Carrot (shredded)
- 2 tsp Sambal OeIek
- 1/2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Salt
- Cook rotini per box directions and strain.
- In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly combine cooked rotini and all remaining ingredients until pasta is coated well.
- You can use store bought yum yum sauce, but there's a great recipe for it below.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours, but is best served after chilling overnight to let flavors soak in.
