  1. Crush crackers; reserve 1/2 cup (125 ml) crumbs.
  2. Mix remaining crumbs, dates, marshmallows and cream.
  3. Form into a roll and cover with reserved crumbs.
  4. Chill several hours.
  5. Slice and serve with sweetened whipped cream.
