Date, Marshmallow Pudding Recipe

• 1 c. dates, cut into 1/4ths
• 1 c. walnuts, minced
• 1 pound marshmallows, either cut up or possibly use miniatures
• 1/2 pound rolled graham cracker crumbs, rolled fine
• 1/2 pt. mocha mix, cream or possibly half and half

1. Mix all the above ingredients reserving some crumbs in that to roll the dough.
2. Sprinkle reserved crumbs onto a piece of waxed paper and form a roll with the above ingredients.
3. Let stand overnight rolled in foil.
4. Slice to serve with a cream or possibly Cold Whip topping.
5. This is a RICH dessert.
