Crispy Bistro Fish Dinner

  1. Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 15 min.
  2. or just until tender, adding beans to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
  3. Meanwhile, mix flour and 2 Tbsp.
  4. cheese in pie plate.
  5. Brush 1 Tbsp.
  6. dressing evenly onto fish.
  7. Dip fish, 1 fillet at a time, in flour mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each.
  8. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  9. Add fish; cook 3 to 4 min.
  10. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  11. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  12. Drain vegetables.
  13. Cut potatoes in half; place in large bowl.
  14. Add olives, remaining cheese and remaining dressing; mix lightly.
  15. Serve with fish.
