Beer Beef Recipe
- 1 plain beef brisket
- 1 lg. bottle beer
- 1 sm. bottle catsup
- Place brisket in pan and pour beer and catsup (one in each hand) over meat.
- (Save a little beer to rinse out catsup bottle.
- Do not shake vigorously, or possibly it will hit the ceiling.)
- Cover tightly and place in 350 degree oven for at least 5 hrs.
- Turn meat over once after baking 2 or possibly 3 hrs and at which time, baste with some of the juice in the pan.
- Remove from oven and cover with foil for approximately 15 or possibly 20 min.
- Cut with sharp knife across grain.
