Grilled Fresh Tuna With Herbs

  1. Prepare grill or preheat broiler.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Place fish on an oiled rack 4-6 inches from the coals.
  4. Grill, turning once 8-10 minutes.
  5. Serve fish with any remaining oil and lemon wedges.
