Grilled Fresh Tuna With Herbs
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tuna steaks
- lemon wedge
- Prepare grill or preheat broiler.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Place fish on an oiled rack 4-6 inches from the coals.
- Grill, turning once 8-10 minutes.
- Serve fish with any remaining oil and lemon wedges.
