Bruschetta Romana Piccante (Spicy Roman Bruschetta) Recipe

  1. Whisk together the vinegar & oil.
  2. Stir in the parsley & basil.
  3. Add in the garlic & pepper flakes.
  4. Leave for 2 hrs to let the flavours meld.
  5. If the mix seems to thin, add in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Grill or possibly toast the bread slices.
  7. While they are still hot, brush with a little extra virgin olive oil, spread with the bruschetta topping & serve.
