Heathers Miso Salad Dressing

• 14 cup rice vinegar, unsweetened
• 12 cup olive oil, extra virgin
• 1 12 tablespoons miso
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tablespoon honey, raw
• 1 12 teaspoons sea salt

1. Whisk together or blend in blender to emulsify.
2. One serving is 2T.
