Diet Blueberry Royale Smoothie

• 1 cup skim milk or 1 cup soymilk
• 12 cup fresh blueberries
• 4 teaspoons sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
• 2 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (saccharin, aspartame or sucralose)
• 8 -12 ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Process until smooth.
