Honey roasted pumpkin seeds

  1. Preheat oven 162C
  2. In a large skillet warm the oil over medium heat and saute the pumpkin seeds until lightly golden ( about 3 minutes).
  3. Add honey and stir with a rubber spatula.
  4. Line baking tray with baking sheet and lay out the pumpkin seeds.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes
  6. Sprinkle with salt whilst still hot and Voila!
  7. Enjoy
