Three layer Pineapple squares
- 2 12 cups graham wafers
- 12 cup margarine
- 2 12 cups icing sugar
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 egg
- whipped cream
- 1 can well drain crushed pineapple
- For the first layer mix the graham wafer crumbs with the 1/2 cup melted margarine, press into an 8x8 inch baking pan and cook for about 10 mins.
- For the second layer mix the icing sugar, margarine and egg together.
- When graham crust is cool spread the second layer on top.
- For the third layer, mix the well drained pineapple with the already whipped whip cream and put on the second layer.
- Sprinkle with graham wafer crumbs and refrigerate.
