Easy Ravigote Sauce
- 1 Cucumber
- 100 grams Zha cai (Sichuan salt-cured vegetable)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 filet Sea bream (or other white fish)
- 3 slice Lime (or lemon or other citrus)
- 1 dash Thyme
- Finely chop the cucumber.
- Do the same to the zha cai.
- Mix together with sesame oil and enjoy!
- My family grills the sea bream (or other white fish) with the ingredients and places it on top.
- You can also use it as a sauce on well-drained tofu.
- You can also eat it plain or on top of rice.
