Mustard & Tarragon Veggie Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 cups Plain Yogurt
- 1 stalk Scallion, Finely Diced
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Tarragon
- 2 Tablespoons Grainy Brown Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- In a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and yogurt.
- Stir to mix.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- Serve dip with a platter of veggies.
- We love this with carrot sticks, celery sticks, zucchini sticks, bell pepper slices, radishes, and cherry or grape tomatoes.
