Cajun Shrimp Dip
- 1-1/2 cups TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen shrimp, cooked, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $4.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- woven wheat crackers
- Mix salsa and shrimp until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Top with sour cream and cilantro.
- Serve as a dip with the crackers.
