Lumpia (Philippine Egg Rolls) Recipe
- 1 pound lean, raw hamburger
- 1/2 grated green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr or possibly salt
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- Mix ingredients together well.
- Put 1 tbsp.
- into each (wonton) skin (1 package).
- Fold from both sides over meat.
- When at end, moisten with water.
- Fry in several inches of oil till golden.
- Dip in sweet and sour sauce as you eat!
