Banana Coffee Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Combine bran, flour, baking soda, light salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins in a bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly. Beat brown sugar, molasses, oil, egg and milk in a bowl.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until ingredients are moist.
  5. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full of batter.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Servings equal 1 starch and 1/2 fat.
