Beefy Party Cheese Ball Recipe

• 3 Packages beef or possibly 9 ounce. roast beef
• 3 Packages (8 ounce.) cream cheese
• 2 tbsp. onion, finely diced
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoon Accent
• Few dashes Tabasco sauce

1. Set out cream cheese till softened.
2. Shred beef in blender or possibly food processor, reserve 3/4 c.. Set in refrigerator covered.
3. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl with hand mixer.
4. Place in refrigerator till stiffened.
5. Form into ball, roll in reserved beef.
6. Serve with crackers, Triscuits.
