Tortillini Italianio
- 1 large pepper, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 box mushrooms, large slice
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (your choice)
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
- 20 slices pepperoni (about)
- 2 bags Tortillini
- Stir fry vegetables in 1 T olive oil until soft.
- Add sauce and spices.
- Stir.
- Layer pepperoni on top.
- Cover, simmer 2 hrs or more.
- Cook tortellini according to directions on bag.
- Drain.
- Add to sauce, stir, serve.
