Annie's Red Salsa

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place the tomatoes, garlic, serranos, onion, and chipotles in a small roasting pan.
  3. Broil, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are lightly charred.
  4. Remove from the broiler and cool.
  5. Place all of the vegetables in a food processor or blender, add salt and cilantro.
  6. Puree until mixture reaches desired consistency.
  7. Chill until ready to serve.
