South West Dip Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 2 cans bean dip
• 2 (10 1/2 ounce.) cans jalapeno
• 2-3 green onions, minced
• 2 c. minced tomatoes, liquid removed
• 1 (6 ounce.) can pitted black olives, sliced
• 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
• Tortilla chips

1. Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning; mix together.
2. Layer in 2 pie pans in this order: bean dip, lowfat sour cream mix, green onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
