Dessert Cheese/Appetizer Dip

• 2 -8 ounces cream cheese
• 14 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
• 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
• orange slice

1. To make cheese;.
2. In small mixer bowl.Combine all except orange slices.
3. Beat on low until smooth.
4. Chill for 1 hour.
5. To serve;.
6. Mound into dish or smooth on serving tray.Garnish with orange slices.
7. Serve with sliced apples or pears,unsalted walnuts or pecans or toasted rounds.
