Apricot and Strawberry Smoothie

• 1 apricot, pitted and cut into eighths
• 14 cup strawberry, hulled and cut into quarters
• 6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
• 14 cup skim milk

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until frothy.
