Easy Fried Catfish
- 4 Fileted Catfish
- 1 Old Bay seafood seasoning
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- Sprinkle Old Bay all over fish (both sides)
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl to create dry mix.
- Coat fish in dry mix.
- Fry in pan of oil on heat slightly higher than medium.
- Cook on each side for 3-6 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
- (I used olive oil and used enough oil to cover only half of the fish.)
- Place fish on paper towels in a plate or pan to drain excess oil.
