Easy Fried Catfish

  1. Sprinkle Old Bay all over fish (both sides)
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl to create dry mix.
  3. Coat fish in dry mix.
  4. Fry in pan of oil on heat slightly higher than medium.
  5. Cook on each side for 3-6 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
  6. (I used olive oil and used enough oil to cover only half of the fish.)
  7. Place fish on paper towels in a plate or pan to drain excess oil.
