Cranberry Special Meatballs
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 1 (6 ounce) package seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup onion, minced
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) jar chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl, combine everything EXCEPT the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar & ginger.
- Shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs & place on a jelly roll pan or 9 X 13 cake pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring often.
- Pour sauce over meatballs & serve.
- Keep warm in slow-cooker, if needed.
