Salmon Pizza

  1. Roll out pizza dough into a circle.
  2. Place the round dough on a pizza stone.
  3. Brush crust with olive oil.
  4. Spread cream cheese evenly over crust.
  5. Cover the crust with the minced garlic.
  6. Break up salmon into pieces with your fingers and spread over the entire pizza.
  7. Top with capers, onion, and parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and crust turns golden brown.
