Salmon Pizza
- 1 Pizza Dough - From Scratch Or Store Bought
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 16 ounces, weight Smoked Salmon
- 1/2 jars (about 3 Oz. Size) Capers
- 1/2 Purple Onion, Sliced Very Thin
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Roll out pizza dough into a circle.
- Place the round dough on a pizza stone.
- Brush crust with olive oil.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over crust.
- Cover the crust with the minced garlic.
- Break up salmon into pieces with your fingers and spread over the entire pizza.
- Top with capers, onion, and parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and crust turns golden brown.
