Salsa-Cheddar Chicken

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chicken; cover.
  3. Cook 4 to 5 min.
  4. on each side or until lightly browned.
  5. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add peppers to skillet; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
  7. Stir in tomatoes and salsa.
  8. Return chicken to skillet; simmer, covered, on medium-low heat 10 min.
  9. or until done (165 degrees F).
  10. Top with cheese; cook, covered, 4 to 5 min.
  11. or until melted.
  12. Serve over rice.
