Artichoke/Tarragon Dip Recipe
- 12 ounce (335 g) canned marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely minced
- 1/2 c. (125 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. (250 ml) lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. (125 ml) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. (45 ml) minced fresh tarragon, or possibly 1 Tbs (15 ml) dry Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients and place in a 3-c. (750 ml) ovenproof baking dish or possibly casserole.
- Bake in a preheated 350F (180C) oven till heated through, about 30 min.
- Serve with raw vegetables, chips, or possibly crackers.
- Makes about 2 c. (500 ml).
