Artichoke/Tarragon Dip Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients and place in a 3-c. (750 ml) ovenproof baking dish or possibly casserole.
  2. Bake in a preheated 350F (180C) oven till heated through, about 30 min.
  3. Serve with raw vegetables, chips, or possibly crackers.
  4. Makes about 2 c. (500 ml).
