Almond Chocolate Pie Recipe
- 6 x Almond, (1 1/2 ounce.) chocolate bars
- 18 lrg Marshmallows
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 pt Whipping cream
- 8 x Inch pie crust, baked Slivered almonds, for garnish
- Combine chocolate bars, marshmallows and lowfat milk in top of doubler boiler and heat till mix is melted.
- Cold completely, about half and hour.
- Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into cooled chocolate mix.
- Pour into baked pie crust and chill at least 4 hrs, till set.
- Garnish with slivered almonds or possibly favorite dairy topping.
- Note: Can be made day ahead.
