Goose's Super Awesome Smoothie
- 6 frozen strawberries
- 12 cup blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 12 cup oatmeal
- 12 cup regular nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ginger
- 18 teaspoon nutmeg
- 18 cup coconut flakes
- 12 cup coconut milk or 12 cup almond milk
- 14 cup blue smoothie (Naked Juice will work)
- 14 cup vitamin c boost smoothie (Naked Juice will work)
- 12 teaspoon macadamia nut extract
- Put liquids and oatmeal into the blender, add Yogurt, coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, then add frozen fruits one at a time.
