Diner Style Pork Sandwich
- 4 pork cutlets
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup buttermilk
- hot sauce
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tomato-flavored bouillon cube, crushed
- cumin
- chili powder
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- pepper
- sea salt
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- pepper
- Mix eggs, buttermilk and hot sauce.
- Dip cutlets into mix to coat.
- Mix 2 cups flour and seasonings and toss cutlets in to coat.
- Fry in peanut oil and then drain on paper towels.
- Spread miracle whip on Insides of buns and place face down in a skillet or griddle for about 1 minute until toasted.
- Heat onions in olive oil, add Brown sugar and let cook until caramilized.
- Cook sausage, crumbling with Spatula.
- Stir 1 cup flour into the sauage fat.
- Carefully stir in milk and pepper until thick.
- Place pork on bun, Top with Onions and gravy and top with top bun.
