Miniature Cheese Cakes Recipe

• 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
• 3 Large eggs
• 2/3 c. sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 20-24 vanilla wafers
• Cherry pie filling

1. Beat together with electric mixer, first 4 ingredients, for 5 min.
2. Place cupcake papers in tin.
3. Place 1 vanilla wafer on bottom and fill 2/3 full.
4. Bake for 15-20 min at 350 degrees.
5. While still hot, put 1 tsp.
6. of cherry pie filling on top.
7. Makes 20-24.
