Htapodi Vrasto (Octopus Salad)
- 1 small octopus
- olive oil
- vinegar or lemon juice
- oregano
- olive (to garnish)
- Clean and boil the octopus until perfectly tender.
- Slice the tentacles into thin rounds and the body into short strips.
- Prepare a dressing by beating 3 parts of oil and 1 part of vinegar or lemon juice with a little oregano.
- Arrange the octopus on a platter, pour the dressing over it and garnish with olives.
