Mark's Fave Chocolate Chip Pancakes
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 dash salt
- 12 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon vinegar
- 14 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 12 tablespoon mild oil
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- Stir all ingredinets together until well combined.
- Heat a griddle pan to 325-350 degrees F.
- It is ready when droplets of water"dance" on the surface.
- Pour about 1/3 cup batter slowly onto the griddle for each pancake.
- Sprinkle some chips on top of each one.
- Don't turn until pancakes are golden on the bottom, flip and cook other side until deep golden.
- Repeat with remaining batter and chips.
