Sunrabbit's Roasted Asparagus
- 1 lb fresh asparagus spear
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 -2 teaspoon sea salt, to taste
- 12 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste
- 12-1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wash and trim woody ends from asparagus spears.
- Place in large plastic bag or bowl; add olive oil and mix thoroughly.
- Spread asparagus spears out on parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic and herb seasoning.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until asparagus reaches desired tenderness.
- DO NOT OVERCOOK.
