Chikuwa Fishcake and Potato Oven Bake
- Boil the potato until it's soft enough for a bamboo skewer to go through easily.
- Add mayonnaise and mix.
- Use less mayonnaise than the amount of potato.
- Cut the chikuwa into 4 pieces.
- Place the potato mayonnaise from Step 1 into the groove of the chikuwa.
- Lay the chikuwa from Step 3 on a casserole or gratin dish.
- Squeeze over mayonnaise and add pizza cheese on top.
- Bake in a toaster oven.
- Once the cheese has melted and browned, it's done.
