Marinade for Grilled Meats and or Veggies
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 13 cup sesame oil
- 13 cup soy sauce
- 13 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced finely
- 14 inch fresh ginger, grated
- black pepper
- chili pepper flakes
- Mix all ingredients in a container.
- Use your choice of chicken, pork, salmon, green squash, onions, mushrooms etc.
- Marinade for 2 or more hours.
- And grill.
- Enjoy!
