Toasted Coconut Flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread coconut evenly over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat.
  2. Bake for a total of about 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes after the first 45 minutes.
  3. Try it with ice cream, cupcakes, pancakes or your dessert of choice.
  4. Enjoy.
