Power Breakfast Smoothie

  1. Place yogurt, juices, milk in a large blender cup.
  2. Mix in benefiber and whisk with a fork, Make sure it's fully mixed before adding the protein powder!
  3. otherwise it'll go clumpy and not dissolve.
  4. Mix in Protein powder and whisk with the same fork.
  5. Use hand blender to blend completely.
  6. Rinse out cup with a bit of water to get all the protein powder that may have remained on the sides of the cup and drink the water (sounds a bit gross but it's good for you).
  7. Enjoy!
