Herbed Potatoes Recipe

  1. Scrub potatoes, cut into thin slices.
  2. Place into buttered casserole dish.
  3. Pour melted butter over potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, marjoram and thyme.
  5. Cover casserole tightly.
  6. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven till tender, about 1 hour or possibly 1 1/2 hrs.
  7. Serves 5-6.
